In honour of the late novelist and New Journalist Tom Wolfe, who passed away Monday at the age of 87, here's a TAATM episode from 2015 in which we take a look at a pair of films adapted from two of Wolfe's best-known books: THE RIGHT STUFF, Philip Kaufman's brash account of the early days of the American space program; and THE BONFIRE OF THE VANITIES, Brian De Palma's troubled satire of race relations in 1980s New York City.
