Erin and Paul review two films about people who discover that eternal youth comes with a terrible price. First: CRONOS, Guillermo del Toro's 1993 debut about a kindly antiques dealer who develops a thirst for blood thanks to a strange, centuries-old device he discovers inside his shop; then, DEATH BECOMES HER, Robert Zemeckis' 1992 special-effects comedy starring Goldie Hawn and Meryl Streep as women whose bitter romantic rivalry over Bruce Willis goes into overdrive after they both take a magical youth potion. Mexican vampires or Beverly Hills ghouls: which will prevail? Plus our quick takes on THE LUNCHBOX, BLUE RUIN, and JOE.
