Trash, Art, And The Movies
The podcast that pits arthouse cinema against brainless entertainment—and then declares a victor.

Paul and Heather are seized by the temptation to review movies with other critics after watching the Keira Knightley/Sam Worthington adultery drama LAST NIGHT, then contemplate quitting their jobs and becoming private eyes in Aaron Katz's mumblecore detective thriller COLD WEATHER. Plus: Heather falls in love with Richard E. Grant after seeing the satirical comedy HOW TO GET AHEAD IN ADVERTISING, Paul confesses to an unhealthy amount of empathy with the main character in Eric Rohmer's THE GREEN RAY, and we both round up the week's other most noteworthy new DVDs and Blu-Rays, but refuse to do much research into any of them.
